Shipping usually takes 2-3 days after purchase. However, we cannot guarantee this delay, and we will notify you as soon as possible if your order takes longer.
The buyer bears any cost associated with customs and any additional fee related to the delivery process.
All devices carry a two year warranty from the date of purchase. If the device fails to operate within that period, we will repair or replace the module at our discretion.
This warranty excludes damage caused by improper use of the module, such as, but not limited to connection to wrong power supply voltages, improper power cable connection, damage caused by mechanical stress (e.g. dropping) and damage caused by heat or liquids.

If your unit needs to be repaired (within the warranty period or after), you must obtain our written consent before returning anything. We will send back any package that is not accepted for return to us. Please contact us using the Contact form for any request regarding returns.
